HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski change their management board membership

HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski audit firm will have a new president and a new member of the management board. Wojciech Komer and Joanna Mancastroppa have assumed the duties of the firm\'s management board. Previous president Dariusz Sarnowski and his vice Paweł Wiśniewski will now be in charge of developing the regional offices network and pursuing new projects, especially those relating to international relationships. Dariusz Sarnowski will remain on the board as the member responsible for providing expertise and support to the firm's audit department.

- We have set ambitious goals for the next stage in the life of HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski, one of them being to increase revenue next year. We are also planning to substantially expand new tools and solutions based on novelty know-how. We would like to open a new office next year, in Szczecin, and continue initiating subsequent regional branches. This necessitates a new division of our responsibilities, knowledge and skills. Creative and ambitious, the new board members are perfectly up to the task and in our opinion warrant further consistent and stable growth of the firm, said Dariusz Sarnowski, former president of HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski.

Wojciech Komer and Joanna Mancastroppa have been with HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski virtually since its inception and have throughout that time gone through all corporate career levels. The new president Wojciech Komer specialises in transfer pricing, business valuations, expert opinions in economics, business plans and industry analyses. He was earlier the managing partner in charge of the transfer pricing department, which job has been taken over by Małgorzata Mańkowska.
Joanna Mancastroppa's professional career is primarily focused on audits of unit and consolidated financial statements, due diligence, going public processes, and agreed procedures projects. In addition to being the company's vice-president, she will continue managing the audit department.
