Drafting the financial part of prospectuses

While preparing the financial part of a prospectus we will assist you in:

- identifying the differences between the accounting policy applied and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
- conversion of financial statements prepared under the Polish Accounting Act to IFRS-compliant statements,
- developing an accounting policy in accordance with IFRS,
- preparing model financial statements for the prospectus.

Whenever requested by our client we can also audit financial forecasts to be published in the prospectus.
